What Do You Do With Your Worms?
by: By Trevor Kugler Platinum Quality Author

This might sound like a crazy question, but it's something to think about. Do you just buy worms and then carry the worms in the container that you bought them in? This is exactly what I did for many years, that was until I discovered a solution to this problem. Now, you may not think carrying your worms in the container you buy them in is a problem, and if you don't move when you fish, it's not. But if you're anything like me, and move around a lot while fishing, carrying worms in the container they're purchased in is a pain in the butt!

Not only is it a pain in the butt, but it's also a big time waster. Having to dig through your vest or the container itself for your worms takes time that could be spent with your line in the water fishing. As you know, the more time that you can spend with your line in the water, the more bites you'll get. You can't catch fish without your offering in the water. The best way to eliminate having to carry that bulky container of worms is through the use of a bait bag.

What's a bait bag you ask? A bait bag is simply a small bag that hangs off of your fishing vest, shirt, or belt, and carries your worms while you're fishing. In other words, you buy your worms as you normally would, then when you're ready to fish, you simply take the worms from the container you purchased them in and place them into your bait bag. The worms just sit there, at your fingertips, waiting to be used. They don't even crawl out! They just sit there in the bag, waiting to be used as bait. It's a beautiful system.

You can make a bait bag yourself or purchase one, it makes little difference, other than in appearance of course. What's important is that you begin using a bait bag to carry your worms while fishing sooner rather than later. The convenience and practicality of a bait bag will amaze you. You'll wonder why you never used something like it before. And the amount of extra time you'll get to spend with your line in the water isn't a bad thing either.
